Walter F. Wally Tabor Tobarofsky, age 86 of 371 Ohio Ave, Shenandoah Heights and a former resident Woodside, Queens NY passed away Monday at Lehigh Valley Medical Center-Cedar Crest, Allentown.

Born in Shenandoah on April 2, 1925 he was the son of the late Stanley and Alberta (Grigas) Toborowsky.

He was a 1943 graduate of the former JW Cooper High School, Shenandoah.

He was the proprietor of Wally Tabor Flower Shop in Woodside, Queens NY.

Walter was a member of St. Sebastian Church, Woodside, Queens NY.

Preceding him in death in addition to his parents was his business partner, Bill Foley.

Surviving are a brother, Robert Toborowsky and his wife Mary Ann of Shenandoah Heights and a sister, Rita wife Matthew Sherakas of Shenandoah Heights; an aunt, Sr. Delphine of the Sisters of St. Casimir stationed in Chicago; nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday morning at 10:15 am from Walukiewicz-Oravitz Fell Funeral Home, 132 S. Jardin St., Shenandoah. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10:30 am in St. Stanislaus Church, Shenandoah. Rev. Msgr. Ronald C. Bocian, Pastor will officiate. Interment will follow in Our Lady of Dawn Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights.

Friends may call Saturday morning from 8:00 am to 10:15 am at the funeral home.
