Teresa Arsenia Fermin, 91 of Shenandoah passed away on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 in her home surrounded by her family. She was born on September 14, 1929 in Santiago, Dominican Republic. Viewing and funeral services were held and her life was celebrated and memorialized be her family and Sr. Helene Theresa McGroarty, IHM with interment in Annunciation BVM Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights.
