Ryan John McCole, 42, a resident of Shenandoah, passed away on Wednesday, July 24th, 2024 at his residence. Ryan was born in Easton on August 5, 1981, a son of former Shenandoah residents, John and Kathleen McCole, currently of Clearwater, FL. He was a 2000 graduate of the Shenandoah Valley High School, and enjoyed football, baseball, ice hockey and video games. Ryan was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, John and Anna (Novatka) McCole; his maternal grandparents, William and Elizabeth (Hudock) Hilbert, and his Godmother, Julie Kilker. In addition to his parents, Ryan is survived by his caregiver and friend, Walter Barlow, his Godfather, Edward McCole, along with aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a religious service at 10 AM on Friday, August 9th, 2024 at the Walukiewicz-Oravitz Fell Funeral Home, 132 South Jardin Street, Shenandoah, with the Rev. Mindy Heppe, officiating. Interment will take place at the Annunciation BVM Cemetery in Shenandoah Heights, following the service. Visitation with Ryan's family will be from 8 AM until the time of the Service on Friday morning at the funeral home.
