Robert M. Bob Botsko, age 64 of 108 Crystal Ridge Court, Hazle Township and a former Shenandoah resident passed away Friday morning at the VA Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre.

Born in Shenandoah on March 3, 1947, he was the son of the late Michael J. and Mary (Nause) Botsko.

He was an Army veteran having served during the Vietnam era.

Bob was a former member of St. Stephens Church, Shenandoah.

He was last employed in the maintenance department at the VA Hospital, Wilkes-Barre.

Surviving are a brother, Frank J. Nause and his wife Helen of Hazleton; a sister, Diane wife of Carl Lechner of Hazleton; one nephew; two nieces and cousins.

Scriptural and prayer services will be held on Tuesday afternoon at 1:00 pm from Walukiewicz-Oravitz Fell Funeral Home, 132 S. Jardin St., Shenandoah. Rev. Msgr. Ronald C. Bocian will officiate. Interment will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights.

Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home from 11:00 am until time of services.
