Patricia S. "Pat" (Anisczyk) Cieslukowski, 87 of Shenandoah passed away peacefully on Monday, November 22, 2021 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, Allentown. Born in Shenandoah on September 5, 1934, she was a daughter of the late Peter and Rose (Dombrowski) Anisczyk. She was a graduate of the former West Mahanoy Township High School, Shenandoah Heights. Earlier in life, she was employed at the former Locust Mountain State Hospital, first in food preparation and later as a nurse's aide. Upon its closure, she was then employed as a geriatric nurse's aide at the former Ashland State Hospital until her retirement. Pat was a member of St. Casimir's Church, Divine Mercy Parish, Shenandoah. She watched EWTN daily, having listened to Mother Angelica and prayed the rosary and the Chaplet of Divine Mercy, a special devotion which she had and lived. She enjoyed the time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-children which brought her great joy. Preceding her in death in addition to her parents were her husband, Walter J. "Wally" Cieslukowski on April 10, 2017; two brothers and seven sisters. Surviving are two sons, Walter Cieslukowski and his wife Deborah of Harrisburg and Peter Cieslukowski of Shenandoah; three grandchildren, Kevin and Brian Cieslukowski and Candace Walsh; twelve great-grandchildren; one sister, Margaret Tomchick of Shenandoah; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at 10:00 am in St. Casimir's Church, 229 N. Jardin St., Shenandoah, the sacred worship site of Divine Mercy Parish. Rev. Msgr. Ronald C. Bocian, Pastor will be celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Casimir's Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights. Expressions of sympathy in Pat's name can be made to the Father Walter J.
