Born in South River, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Margaret Cleary Keegan.
She was a 1950 graduate of South River High School.
While a South River Resident, Norma was active in civic and charitable groups on both local and county levels.
She was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Shenandoah and was currently serving as Regent of Catholic Daughters of the Americas, Court Annunciation #175, Shenandoah.
Preceding her in death in addition to her parents was a sister Mary Keegan and a half-brother Daniel Keegan.
Surviving are a daughter Margaret F. Nitolo, Shenandoah; grandchildren Brynna, Patricia, Christopher and Daniel Tebbe all of Shenandoah; half-brothers Edward and Stanley Keegan both of New Jersey; nieces, nephews and cousins.
Relatives and friends may call at the Walukiewicz-Oravitz Fell Funeral Home, 132 S. Jardin St., Shenandoah on Wednesday evening from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday morning at 9:30 am in Our Lady of Victories RC Church, Sayreville NJ. Interment will follow in Washington Monumental Cemetery, South River NJ.
The family prefers donations to the Catholic Daughters of the Americas, c/o 411 W. Centre St., Shenandoah, PA 17976.
Walukiewicz-Oravitz Fell Funeral Home, Shenandoah is in charge of the arrangements.
