Michael Sosna, age 54 of 538 E. Mt. Vernon St., Shenandoah passed away Sunday at his residence of natural causes.

Born in Shenandoah he was the son of the late Agnes Obzut Sosna.

He was employed in the construction trade.

Michael enjoyed fishing and was a member of the Pumping Station Preservation Association.

Surviving are five brothers, John Sosna of Florida; Paul Sosna and his wife Debbie of Brandonville; Stephen Sosna of Lavelle; David Yogi Sosna, Sr. and Mark Sosna and his wife Annette all of Shenandoah; six sisters, Kathleen, wife of Lenny Beenick and Victoria Cookie wife of Dale Lindenmuth all of Ringtown; Bonita Tootsie , wife of Bill ODonnell, Marie wife of Bob Clark and Theresa Terry wife of Stanley Leonarczyk all of Shenandoah and Annette Netty Sosna of Brandonville; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

Private Services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Walukiewicz-Oravitz Fell Funeral Home, 132 S. Jardin St., Shenandoah is in charge of the arrangements.
