Michael Mickey Salvadore, 58, of Daytona Beach, Florida and a former resident of Shenandoah passed away Wednesday, June 11 in Florida.

Born in Shenandoah on July 17, 1955 he is the son of the late Thomas Salvadore, Sr. Surviving are his mother, Joen (Ketusky) Salvadore Frantz and her husband, Albert of Daytona Beach, Florida.

Mickey was employed as a concrete finisher in highway construction.

He was a former member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Shenandoah.

He relocated to Florida to be with family, to enjoy fishing and for health reasons.

Preceding him in death in addition to his father were uncles and aunts.

Surviving in addition to his mother and her husband are his wife, Lois (Kozlosky) Sanchez Salvadore; one son, Michael Salvadore of Trenton, PA; four brothers, Thomas Salvadore, Jr. and his wife Deborah of Shenandoah, Gary Salvadore and his wife Eydie of San Jose, California, Scott Frantz and his wife Concetta of Daytona Beach, Florida and Randy Frantz and his wife Melissa of Port Orange, Florida; one sister, Lisa Wallace of Orlando, Florida; nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and many friends.

Prayer and scripture services will be held Friday, 11:00 AM at Walukiewicz-Oravitz Fell Funeral Home, 132 S. Jardin St., Shenandoah. Rev. Msgr. Ronald C. Bocian will officiate. Interment will follow in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights.

Relatives and friends may call Friday at the funeral home from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
