Loretta T. Lottie (Swies) Feeley, age 92 of W. Cherry St., Shenandoah passed away peacefully early Tuesday morning at Shenandoah Senior Living Community with family by her side.
Born in Shenandoah on June 26, 1921 she was a daughter of the late Bartholomew and Tecla Swies.
Mrs. Feeley was a member of the Annunciation BVM Church, Shenandoah, the Polish Womens Alliance and AARP.
Lottie was devoted to and deeply cared for her large family. She was an avid Penn State and Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles fan.
She was the last surviving member of twelve children. Preceding her in death in addition to her parents were her husband, Thomas F. Feeley on September 1, 1986; a son, Thomas J. Feeley; her daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Wally Seigel; six brothers and five sisters.
Surviving are three sons, Terry Feeley and Danny Feeley both of Etters, and Paul Feeley at home; two daughters, Mary Lou wife of Thomas Brown of Virginia Beach, VA and Eileen wife of William Farber of Mahanoy City; one daughter-in-law, Diane Feeley of Milldale, CT; nine grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 12:30 p.m. from Walukiewicz-Oravitz Fell Funeral Home, 132 S. Jardin St., Shenandoah. Following, a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. in Annunciation BVM Church, Shenandoah. Rev. Msgr. Ronald C. Bocian, Pastor will officiate. Interment will follow in Annunciation BVM Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights.
Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Monday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. There will be no calling hours Sunday evening.
Walukiewicz-Oravitz Fell Funeral Home, Shenandoah is in charge of the arrangements.
