James M. Lally, Jr., age 57 of 520 Mt. Olive Blvd., Lost Creek passed away Sunday at his residence.
Born in Ashland on July 22, 1955, he was a son of Ann Marie Sissy (Chuplis)Lally with whom he resided and the late James M. Lally, Sr.
Jim was a 1973 graduate of the former Cardinal Brennan High School, Fountain Springs and also graduated from Thaddeus Stevens Trade School, Lancaster.
Prior to his retirement, he was a machine operator at Poly Plastics, Delano.
He was a member of the Annunciation BVM Church, Shenandoah and the former Citizens Fire Company, Lost Creek. Jim was an avid sports fan.
Surviving in addition to his mother are a brother, Dennis Patrick Lally and his wife Susan of Girardville; two sisters, Rosaire Miller and her husband, Raymond of Lost Creek and Kathryn Ann Lally of Philadelphia; an uncle, Matthew Chuplis of Levittown; nieces, nephews and cousins.
Private services and interment in Annunciation BVM Cemetery with Rev. Charles Dene officiating will be held at the convenience of the family.
Walukiewicz-Oravitz Fell Funeral Home, 132 S. Jardin St., Shenandoah is in charge of the arrangements.
