Harold W. Creasy Jr., 81, of Shenandoah, passed away peacefully early Friday morning at Broad Mountain Health & Rehabilitation Center, Frackville.

Born in Shenandoah, August 22, 1935, he was a son of the late Harold W. Sr. and Myrtle (Lord) Creasy.

He was a 1952 graduate of the former J.W. Cooper High School, Shenandoah.

On October 28, 1956, in the former St. Stanislaus Church, Shenandoah, he married the former Annette J. Gaborek, who survives.

Harold was a member of the Trinity United Church of Christ, Shenandoah. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed football being a staunch Cleveland Browns fan.

Preceding him in death, in addition to his parents, was his son-in-law, James Grohol.

Surviving, in addition to his wife of 60 years, Annette J. Creasy, are two sons, William Creasy and his wife, Anna, Frackville, and Michael Creasy and his wife, Helene, Shenandoah Heights; two daughters, Lynn Davis and her husband, Richard, Tamaqua, and Cindy Jones and her husband, Ron, Frackville; seven grandchildren, Tanya Greiner and Heather Creasy, Matthew and Marcella Creasy, Steven and Scott Davis and Jason Grohol; three great-grandchildren, Averi, Grace and Angelo; nieces, nephews, cousins, many friends and his beloved beagle, Snoopy.

Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights, with the Rev. Dr. John Reid, pastor, officiating.
