Frank J. Uholik, Jr., age 29 of W. Poplar St., Shenandoah passed away Saturday morning in Shenandoah.

Born and raised in Shenandoah he is the son of Frank J. Uholik, Sr. of Shenandoah and the late Cheryl A. (Goodrich) Uholik.

Frankie was a graduate of Shenandoah Valley High School Class of 2000 and attended Kutztown University.

Surviving in addition to his father are his paternal grandmother, Theresa Shone of Shenandoah; an aunt and uncle, Sandra and Michael Uholik of Shenandoah, an aunt, Theresa McGrath of Waldorf, MD, an uncle, Steven Uholik of Schuylkill Haven; cousins, Michael Uholik of Shenandoah, Crystal wife of John Katulis of Zion Grove and Joseph and Zachary; and his companion, Annie Catizone of Shenandoah.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Walukiewicz-Oravitz Fell Funeral Home, 132 S. Jardin St., Shenandoah is in charge of the arrangements.
