Florence A. (Rutkowski) Hardy, 96 of Baltimore, Maryland formerly of Shenandoah passed away on Monday, June 7, 2021 in Maryland. Born in Shenandoah on February 12, 1925, she was a daughter of the late John and Mary (Shatus) Rutkowski. She was a member of the former Saint George Church, Shenandoah. Preceding her in death in addition to her parents were her daughter, Mary (Hardy) Warner; her son, William Hardy, Jr.; three sisters, Mary Rutkowski, Anna Valento and Constance Skarupski; and one brother, John Rutkowski. Surviving are her sister, Catherine Boycheck of Baltimore, Maryland; nieces, nephews and their families. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday morning, June 12, 2021 at 11:00 am in Divine Mercy Church, 232 W. Cherry Street, Shenandoah with Rev. James Koury as the celebrant. Interment will follow in Old St. George Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights. A viewing will be held on Saturday morning from 8:00 am until 10:30 am at Walukiewicz-Oravitz Fell Funeral Home, 132 S. Jardin St., Shenandoah. A religious service will be held at the funeral home at 10:15 am. Walukiewicz-Oravitz Fell Funeral Home, Shenandoah is in charge of the arrangements.
