Delores M. Mulkusky, 88 of Shenandoah passed away peacefully on Thursday morning, May 20, 2021 at the Shenandoah Senior Living Community. Born in Shenandoah on March 2, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Verchomsky) Walukiewicz. She was a member of SS Peter & Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, Mount Carmel and Divine Mercy Parish, Shenandoah. Preceding her in death in addition to her parents were her son, Joseph Mulkusky; two grandsons, Jason Zulkowski and Steven Finkel; one brother, Jack Walukiewicz; and her companion of forty-eight years, John Strahutsky. Surviving are her daughter, Debra "Debbie" Navarrete and her husband Martin of Shenandoah with whom Delores resided with; her son, Robert Mulkusky and his wife Donna of Milton; two grandsons, Barry Boyer of Shenandoah and Bryan Mulkusky of Milton; one granddaughter, Jessica Mulkusky of Chicago Illinois; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Roseann Chowanes and her husband Joseph of Shenandoah; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to a Parastas Service on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at 10:00 am at Walukiewicz-Oravitz Fell Funeral Home, 132 S. Jardin St., Shenandoah with the Very Rev. Archpriest Michael Hutsko officiating. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family in Old St. Casimir Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights. Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Wednesday morning from 8:00 am until 10:00 am at the funeral home.
