Anella J. Laurette, 69 of Shenandoah passed away on Monday at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, Allentown.

Born in Shenandoah on January 21, 1948, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Margaret (Monahan) Laurette.

She was a 1968 graduate of the former J.W. Cooper High School, Shenandoah.

Anella was employed in housekeeping at the former Locust Mountain and Ashland State Hospitals.

She was a member of Divine Mercy Church, Shenandoah.

Surviving are two sisters, Mary and Margaret Laurette both of Shenandoah.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at 10:00 am in St. Casimir's Church, Shenandoah. Monsignor Ronald C. Bocian, Pastor will officiate. Interment will follow in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights.

Donations will be accepted to help defray burial costs.
