Clara (Stefanski) Siddall, 96, a former Shenandoah resident, passed away Wednesday at Renaissance Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Philadelphia.
Born in Shenandoah, Oct. 6, 1921, she was a daughter of the late Peter and Josephine (Mikolajczyk) Stefanski.9
Clara was a lifelong member of the former St. Casimir’s Parish, Shenandoah, now Divine Mercy Parish.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents, were her husband, Walter B. Siddall, in 1982; a brother, Stanley “Sonny” Stefanski; four sisters, Rose Stefanski, Violet Stankiewicz, Harriet Miller and Lorraine J. Yarnitsky.
Surviving are her son, Robert Siddall, Philadelphia; two grandchildren, Miranda and Robin Siddall, both of Philadelphia; nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday from Walukiewicz-Oravitz Fell Funeral Home, 132 S. Jardin St., Shenandoah. A Mass of Christian Burial will then be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. in St. Casimir’s Church, Shenandoah, the Sacred Worship Site of Divine Mercy Parish. Monsignor Ronald C. Bocian, pastor, will officiate. Interment will follow in St. Casimir’s Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights. A viewing will be held from 8:30 until 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
