Clement F. Skonieczny, 78, of Shenandoah, passed away Sunday at his residence.
Born in Shenandoah, Oct. 5, 1937, he was a son of the late Joseph J. “Connors” and Anna (Karpovich) Skonieczny.
He was a decorated Air Force veteran.
Clement was a devout member of Divine Mercy Parish, Shenandoah, formerly St. Stanislaus Church, Shenandoah.
Preceding him in death, in addition to his parents, were two brothers, Joseph J. Jr. and John; two sisters, Ruth and Marion.
Surviving are a sister, Sally Koons and her husband, William, Shenandoah Heights; two brothers, Thomas Skonieczny and wife, Ellen, Denver, Colo., and Joseph Skonieczny, Madison, Conn.; nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Monday at Divine Mercy Church, Shenandoah. Monsignor Ronald C. Bocian, pastor, will officiate. Interment with military honors will follow in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights.
Walukiewicz-Oravitz Fell Funeral Home, 132 S. Jardin St., Shenandoah, is in charge of the arrangements.
